LAND & BRUSH CLEARING

Reclaim the space you already own

BrushX clears overgrown brush, saplings, and suitable woody material so you can reach and use more of your property. Based in South Range, Wisconsin, Sean works with landowners across Northern Wisconsin and the Duluth area. Make the work fit your property • Open overgrown acreage and improve visibility between retained trees. • Reclaim fence lines, field edges, and access around existing improvements. • Create defined openings for recreation, hunting, cabins, or campsites. • Clear selected areas rather than removing every tree on the property. A natural finish with a clear scope Forestry mulching processes suitable vegetation in place and normally leaves the mulch on site. Roots, rocks, and uneven ground can remain. The area cleared is the agreed work area, which may be much smaller than your total parcel. Stump removal, excavation, hauling, finish grading, lawn establishment, and construction preparation need separate assessment. A cleared opening is not automatically ready for planting, building, or vehicle traffic. What affects the estimate Vegetation density and size, standing or downed material, access, slopes, wet ground, rocks, retained trees, and the requested finish all affect production. Share a map or photos and explain what you want to do with the area. Sean confirms the method, scope, and whether a site visit is needed. Common questions Can I keep mature trees? Yes. We identify the trees and features to retain before starting. Do you remove the mulch? Mulch normally stays on site. Any handling or removal request must be discussed separately. Will the brush stay gone? Regrowth can occur. Mowing, trail maintenance, or follow-up clearing may be part of long-term upkeep. Can you work close to a fence or building? Tell us about fences, utilities, structures, and other obstacles. Their condition and safe equipment clearance affect the scope. Serving Superior, Duluth, Douglas County, Hayward, Solon Springs, Gordon, Minong, and surrounding projects within our operating range.
