Integrity, quality, people first.

BrushX Land Management is based in South Range, Wisconsin. Owner Sean Dechaine works directly with landowners across Northern Wisconsin and the Duluth area to make wooded and overgrown property more usable.

BUILT THROUGH REAL PROJECTS

Practical work for the land you care about

BrushX specializes in forestry mulching and land management: reopening trails, improving hunting access, clearing brush around retained trees, processing suitable deadfall, and reclaiming space around cabins and campsites. Our completed-project records include new trail connections, existing-trail pushback, selective wooded-acreage cleanup, hunting lanes, cabin-property work, and dense vine clearing. Those jobs shape how we assess access, vegetation, obstacles, and the finish before quoting. You work with Sean from the first conversation through the agreed scope and final walkthrough. The goal is a clear plan and a useful result that fits your property.

HOW BRUSHX WORKS

Direct communication. Careful work.

We define the work area, trees to preserve, machine access, and expected finish before starting. Conditions on your property guide the method and timing.

Work directly with Sean

One owner handles the project conversation, assessment, agreed work, and final review.

Equipment suited to the specialty

Our CAT 265 XPS and HM316 mulcher process suitable brush and woody material in place. Material size, slopes, obstacles, and ground conditions still matter.

Keep the trees that matter

Selective clearing starts with the trees and property features you want retained.

Start with the property goal

A hunting lane, walking trail, wooded opening, or cabin cleanup each needs a different scope. Tell us how you want to use the area.

Agree on a realistic finish

Mulching normally leaves a natural surface and mulch on site. Stump removal, hauling, excavation, finish grading, and soil preparation need separate assessment.
