Make a path through your property
Connect the places you want to reach: a hunting stand, a favorite stretch of woods, a cabin, or the far side of your land. BrushX opens new trails and reclaims overgrown routes for walking, ATV use, and practical property access. New routes and existing trail upkeep • Open a defined route through suitable brush and saplings. • Push back encroaching growth along existing trails. • Connect hunting areas, stands, and recreational openings. • Clear suitable deadfall where safe equipment access allows. Agree on the route before we start We review the trail location, intended use, approximate length and width, trees to preserve, and access for the machine. A marked map and photos make that conversation more useful. Property boundaries and permissions must be clear. The finish you can expect A mulched trail has a natural surface. Mulch, roots, rocks, soft areas, and uneven ground may remain. Trail clearing does not include engineered drainage, culverts, bridges, gravel, road construction, or finish grading unless a separate written scope addresses them. Real production experience Our project records include both reopening established trails and cutting new connections. New trail work, dense growth, and downed material take different amounts of time. We estimate the actual route and conditions rather than treating every yard of trail the same. Common questions How wide should my trail be? Tell us how you will use it and what equipment needs to pass. We agree on a practical width before quoting. Can you make a road? We can assess clearing for access. A constructed road needs a separate plan for drainage, base, surfacing, and any required grading. Will the trail need maintenance? Yes. Vegetation can return and storms can bring down new material. Periodic upkeep helps keep the route usable. Owner-operated from South Range, serving Superior, Duluth, Douglas County, Hayward, Solon Springs, Gordon, Minong, and suitable surrounding areas.
